Delivery and returns
We currently only deliver to the UK
All purchases must be by a person who is older than 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required. All packages must be signed for and we cannot accept any dispute over wrong quantities and descriptions of goods if not notified on the delivery note. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE A BUSINESS ADDRESS or make sure someone is home when we deliver. We are unable to deliver more than the number of times permitted b y the carrier. Excess charges may apply where a delivery cannot be made because someone is not there to sign for the shipment.
Refund Policy: We take pride in selling only the best wines. If you find anything wrong with your purchase, please contact sales@finewinepress.com
Return Policy: We will allow returns on those items that are determined to be inferior at the time of receipt. Perishable items may not fall under this policy. However please contact us first at sales@finewinepress.com. We do not accept returns unless first authorised by us through a special docket issue.
